Dunwoody Residents Helped by Community
Thanks to the generosity of the Dunwoody community, the families and individuals effected by the fire at Dunwoody Glen have been taken care of and received many items ranging from clothes to furniture. No additional donations are needed at this time.
By City of Dunwoody
This past week more than 30 Dunwoody Glen apartment residents were displaced by a fire damaging 10 units at the complex.
This unfortunate fire has had a destructive effect on the daily lives of these individuals and families.
An opportunity to help.
Dunwoody Glen and LaCota apartment complex managers have been hard at work providing temporary apartment space for the individuals and families affected by the fire.
Groups of concerned Dunwoody citizens and community organizations have come together to coordinate community relief efforts and help provide for the people in need.
The individuals and families affected by the fire are in need of many important items and would benefit from your help and donations. The critical needs they have identified include:
- Beds, sleeping pads, mattresses and blankets
