The Dunwoody Police Department has arrested Mr. Kalijuan Hawkins, age 19, of Dunwoody for the death of Mr. Spencer Lavest Foster.

On May 9th, 2020 at 2:16 PM, Dunwoody Police officers were dispatched to I-285 WB near Ashford Dunwoody Road regarding a person hit by a vehicle. Officers arrived and located one adult male victim deceased.

The victim has been identified as Mr. Spencer Lavest Foster, 39-years-old, of Dunwoody. Mr. Foster’s death has been ruled a homicide and the investigation is underway.

On May 6, 2020 at 6:43 PM, the Dunwoody Police Department received a 9-1-1 call regarding a person possibly deceased inside an apartment at the Dunwoody Village Apartment Homes. Officers arrived and located one adult male deceased.
