Urban Redevelopment Plan
The Project Renaissance - Urban Redevelopment Plan outlines the city’s plans for improvements in the designated urban redevelopment area which is comprised of 35-acres of property in the Georgetown area of Dunwoody.
The Urban Redevelopment Agency is charged with implementing the Urban Redevelopment Plan.
