The Dunwoody Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred on January 7th, 2020 at approximately 2:00 AM at the Peachtree Place North Apartments.

Location: Peachtree Place North Apartments - Peachtree Place Parkway

The Dunwoody Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred on January 7th, 2020 at approximately 2:00 AM at the Peachtree Place North Apartments.

The victim reported she was approached by an unknown male while preparing to enter her apartment. The victim stated the male pointed a handgun at her, demanded her money, and then struck her with the firearm before taking her money and fleeing.

The victim was later transported to an area hospital for evaluation and treatment with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect was described as a slim black male wearing a gray hoodie.
