Armed Robbery on Withmere Way

Location:     Withmere Way at Withmere Lane

The Dunwoody Police Department is investigating a report of an Armed Robbery that occurred in the area of Withmere Way and Withmere Lane on June 15, 2018 at approximately 06:00 PM.

The victim reported that a male suspect exited a gold older model van and grabbed her near the intersection. The victim reported the suspect then demanded she hand over her money. The victim reported the male threatened to cut her with a knife if she did not comply. The victim was not injured during the incident.

The victim described the suspect as a dark-skinned black male, 16 to 18 years old, approximately 5’08”-5’09” tall, 170-180lbs, wearing gray pants, no shirt, and black Nike sandals. The suspect was further described as having a short mohawk style haircut and an approximately one-inch scar on his jawline.  The suspect was last seen leaving the area in an unknown model gold van with unusually loud exhaust.
