The Dunwoody Police Department is working with the Society of Former FBI Agents to participate in the National Child Identification Program. Members of the Society will be on hand during the Child Safety Seat Check event to distribute Child ID kits (while supplies last). The kits are free and will allow parents to take and retain their child's fingerprints and a DNA sample, as well as to record detailed identifying information. The kits are most suitable for children ages 4 and up.
